I finally convince my roommate to start playing this game and when he logs in this morning it says
"Your account is being investigated"/ then it said things went horribly wrong and he would have to resign-up..really weird, except his name is still on the Noldova list.
His name is Norseman, he is on Noldova.
How do we rectify this situation? Please before he quits! |

| I believe this is because you two share an IP address. The system prevents multiple accounts from the same person. There have been situations like this, in which two brothers proved they were indeed brothers, and they were exempt. |

| We play on separate laptops on a wireless network, I had thought what you describe would not be a problem. |

Jacob, you've played this game on and off for a long time, surely you know about the one account per "household" rule?
Well I'm not part of the administration, I'm not sure how situations like this are treated. One thing I do know is right now, we need as many bodies as we can get. |

| oh fastypostedo. Is an IP from a computer or from a network? I think I knew the answer to this a while ago as I was trying to sort something which involved writing down my IP. Was there an IP "address" which is the stock same number you get with the computer, which never changes, and can't be changed. And an IP address you get with your location through a network which can be changed, and is fluid. Or am I talking gibberish. |

| Well if you can get into touch with the admins and prove that you are 2 different people they might see a exception to the rule. |
